Que es Grabado en "Linoleo"? Esta es una técnica de
grabado en la que el/la artista realiza una matriz en una plataforma de goma y
luego hecha cada color a ser grabado de forma independiente y ayudándose con una
prensa manual. Para cada color se repite el proceso de hechar el color y
grabar con ayuda de la prensa. El diseño del grabado puede ser repetido, sin
embargo cada pieza es original y diferente de las otras de una manera
particular. Adicionalmente, el/la artista retoca cada obra. La
superficie del grabado permanece plana a diferencia de otros tipos de grabado, y
cada color vibra por si solo sobre la superficie de color negro.

What is an embossing in "Linoleum"? It is a type of
embossing where the artist him/herself make a matrix on a rubber platform and
pour each color to be printed on the paper. The process of pouring and
printing with the help of a manual press is repeated for each color. The design
of the print can be repeated, however each piece is original and different from
the others in a particular way. In addition, the artist retouches each
piece manually. The print surface remains flat and each color vibrates on
the black paper.
